  • Description: Is to modify and enhance the processes used by users in Generali Life Insurance based on change request and the migration of the application used from AS400-Terminal to InsureMO website application.

  • Responsibilities: Updating the code based on change request for Finance Benefit Tracker process, and OPS Benefit Tracker process, and developing end-to-end processes for Surrender, Surrender Value Enquiry, Policy Registration, SOA Reminder Letter and Email processes.

  1. Surrender process: Is a process to extract user's policy data from InsureMO website application via input given by user and perform calculation and print out as pdf. Then, the bot sends an application for every policy user through InsureMO website application.
  2. Surrender Value Enquiry process: Is a process to extract user's policy data from InsureMO website application via input given by user and perform calculation and print out as pdf. However, this process doesn't have a flow to send an application in InsureMO website, but instead sending email to the user.
  3. SOA Reminder Letter process: Is a process to produce reminder letter which be sent to, based on category (Agent, Broker or Direct) in SOA Reminder Email process. The bot performs calculation for remaining balance and produced reminder letter containing the agent, policy holder name and remaining balance which then attached along with excel file via email.
  4. SOA Reminder Email process: Is a process to send email containing attachment of reminder letter and excel file which store specific data (Payment ID, Bill No., Tax Invoice etc.).
  5. Ops Benefit Tracker: Is a process to calculate the total transaction based on specific duration given by user.
  6. Merge Medical Repricing Letter: Is a process to merge all pdf file based on different categories (UDR, UDR+NonGIO,UDR+GIO,PPR) which every category should have Notification Letter and Appendix.
  7. Policy Registration: Is a process to perform policy registration on InsureMO applications.

  • Description: 250 unattended and attended processes required to be migrated from physical machines to virtual machines.

  3. UIBank New Account Application process: To register a new account on the UiBank website and extract the information after receive approval from UiBank and save in excel file.
  4. Error Log File process: To extract the data of exception from execution log and save into excel file.
  • Project 5: Monitoring and Improving Processes Performance in MCIS Life Insurance
  • Description: 7 major processes run daily and monitored by robot administrator.

  • Description: Perform enhancement on change requested by the user via K2 Ticketing System, and live-support, and working on development of new processes.

  • Responsibilities: To support all the current processes under Takaful Ikhlas, perform enhancement requested by user via K2 Ticketing system and development new processes.

  1. TIFB-GCTT-Revisiting Claims: Consists of 4 Re-Frameworks, which is: -
    • TIFB-GCTT-Information Extraction, the first process which is to extract certificate no, commencement date, maturity date, sum covered, master certificate name, takaful participant name, person covered ID no, certificate status and person covered ID name and populate into excel output file. Some of the info will be used for the second process.
    • TIFB-GCTT-Claim Registration, the second process which is to extract claim no and claim provision for the approved person covered ID no and populate into excel output file after some information such as notified date, event date, accident date, place of event code, cause of claim code, reason of claim, etc. has been filled in i-Family system. These claim no and claim provision will be used in the third process.
    • TIFB-GCTT-PV Creation and Claim Assessment, the third process which is to extract total claim payable, PIA/PRIA, additional payment, net total, reducing sum covered, PV Reference No VOUCLAIM and FACLAIM, FCL, PEC, Certificate Duration and Certificate Exclusion and populate into excel output file.
    • TIFB-GCTT-RPA Approval and DMS Archiving, the last process which is to extract claim status, certificate status, total claim payable, PIA/PRIA, additional payment, net total, CRR remarks, PV Reference No FACLAIM and VOUCLAIM after the claim no has been approved by the user.
  2. TIGB-CRPT-Claim Receipting: Is the process which is to key-in the data such as claim no, amount, DNGP, claim code, remarks, and reference no for every vehicle no in Premia system. Then, the receipt no will be extracted from the system and populate into excel output file.
